Our clients are fertilizer companies who seek to add production
capabilities outside of the US.
Omni manages a full range of project development tasks for its
clients:
 Develops
feasibility studies and business plan
Negotiates
site lease – including environmental clearances - and
long-term
gas supply contracts with governments and/or
producers
Manages
the entire engineering, procurement and construction program
and subsequent plant operations
Leads
the selection process for an engineering, procurement and
construction(“EPC”) contractor;
evaluates and selects most favorable
plant technology
Secures
and negotiates off take or marketing agreements
Develops
complex financial models
Leads
the equity fund raising process, including the production of
offering
documentation
Acts as
financial advisor to secure the most attractive debt financing
package for the project; writes bank financing documentation
Drafts
legal documentation such as shareholder agreements, operating
agreements, construction agreements, etc.
Manages
project company’s accounting and controlling through start-up
Manages
government relations in host country
