Mr. Mark Moore is founder, Chairman and CEO of Omni Agri Resources, a full service development company for large projects in the biofuel, fertilizer and agricultural industry. Successfully serving the growth and financial needs of the agricultural community, Mr. Moore founded the company in 2005, when he began developing a $1.2 billion nitrogen fertilizer project in Trinidad and Tobago.

With more than two decades of experience in corporate finance and management of private interests, primarily in the agricultural industry, Mr. Moore holds full accountability and decision-making for all operations of Omni Agri. He also oversees the development and construction of a 20 million gallon per year biodiesel plant project in Hanford, California, which Omni Agri will ultimately own and operate. Through its subsidiary, Omni Agri Trade Group, the company also produces specialty fertilizers in Texas, which are exported globally. Additionally, he heads up Omni Sulphur; a successful technology service company that helps to build sulphur-based fertilizer plants for clients. The company generated over $1 million in revenue in the first year of operation and is expected to grow as a major player in the sulphur industry within the next few years. Presently, Omni-Sulphur is building a plant for a client near Mumbai, India and a second plant in Dubai, UAE.

Mr. Moore additionally serves as General Manager of MJ Cavaletto Ranches, LLC, also a family owned farming/agricultural business where he and his wife and family raise approximately 1600 acres of avocados, lemons and grapefruits throughout areas in Southern California. He is a major real estate developer as well, having recently purchased over 200 acres of land for the development of additional fertilizer and biofuel projects.

Beginning his career in the banking industry in 1984, Mr. Moore started as a Loan Officer for the 11th District Federal Intermediate Credit Bank (later evolving to The Farm Credit System) in Sacramento, California. Quickly demonstrating his expertise in the specialization of agricultural lending, he remained with the company for approximately 10 years. By 1993, he became Vice President of Data Systems Administrations of Central Coast Association, soon followed by his joining Moore Agricultural Products Co., and MJ Cavaletto Ranches, LLC.

Characterized as an unassuming and authentic person, Mr. Moore thrives on helping agriculturally diverse operations make more informed business decisions, earning him a distinct standing in the agricultural community. A graduate of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA, Mr. Moore holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Management, which he earned in 1984.

Despite his very busy life, Mr. Moore manages to effectively balance family, career and community. He enjoys spending time with wife Laurie and their three children and remains actively involved in the local farming community where he currently serves as President of the San Luis Obispo County Farm Bureau, and a leader in his kids 4-H Club. When time permits, he loves to travel and enjoys baseball, and boating.

Mr. Moore is available for consultations and guest speaking engagements.
