Moore (43): Mark is the founder and Chairman &
CEO of Omni.
He has 20 years of experience in corporate finance and management
of
private interests, primarily in the agricultural
industry.
Thomas
E. Baroody (60): SVP - Operations of Omni. Tom
has some 35
years experience in corporate management and
consulting, of which the
past 24 years have been in the fertilizer industry.
Andreas
Kraemer (38): SVP - Finance of Omni: Andreas has
in excess of
10 years investment banking and venture capital experience
in both the U.S.
and Europe with focus on agriculture and energy
industries.
This team is assisted as needed by individuals on a consulting
basis who are experts in technical and operational issues, marketing
and distribution, government relations, financial advisory functions,
