The La Brea Nitrogen (“LBN”) project consists
of the construction and operation of an ammonia and urea ammonium
nitrate (“UAN”) manufacturing plant in Trinidad.
Site:
LABIDCO, approximately 25 miles south of Point Lisas, Trinidad:
       - The site is currently being developed by the National Energy
Company
         (“NEC”), which will
provide the infrastructure required to support the
         project
       - It is proposed to enter into
a long term land lease with NEC for the
         project

Facility:
State of the art production plant:
       - 2,200 short tons per day (“STPD”)
ammonia
       - 50% of the ammonia converted
to 2,800 STPD of UAN        - Contractors are KBR or
Uhde (ammonia) and Uhde (UAN)
Gas
supply contract from the National Gas Corporation (“NGC”):
       - Final signing of gas contract
anticipated soon
Marketing:
       - The project has the commitment
from an offtaker for 100% of the
         plant’s output,
which offtaker has also committed to a very significant
         equity investment
Equity
and financing structures are currently being put in
place with
    local and international participants
